General Notary Services:

Physical Stamps: $10.00 per signature
Additional Physical Stamps: $10.00 per signature

Mobile General Notary Services:

Standard Mobile Travel & Dispatch Fee: $35.00 base rate
Includes travel within our standard service area and your first physical notary stamp. Additional Physical Stamps: $10.00 per signature

Remote Online Notarization (RON):

Single Document Session: $35.00
Includes secure platform access, digital identity verification (KBA/Credential Analysis), and the first digital notary seal. Seals (Same Session): $10.00 per additional stamp. Applied to any extra notarized signatures within the same video appointment.

Premium Service Add-Ons & Travel Adjustments: Specialized pricing for urgent, complex, or off-schedule requests.

After-Hours / Weekend Premium (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM): +$30.00
Applied to late-night, early-morning, or major weekend/holiday emergency dispatches.
Extended Travel Radius: +$55.00 per additional 30 miles
Applied to mobile dispatch requests extending beyond our standard operational boundaries.
Signer No-Show / Cancellation Fee: $50.00
Assessed if the agent arrives at the scheduled location and the signing cannot proceed due to missing signers or invalid identification.
Specialty Field Locations (Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Jail Signings): $75.00 flat base + standard signature costs (to account for long institutional security wait times)

Required Identification: All signers must present a physical, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) bearing the signer's exact name. Digital, photocopied, or smartphone IDs cannot be accepted by law. Documents must remain completely blank until the notary arrives.

Service Description: Legal, secure online notarization completed entirely via encrypted face-to-face video from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Perfect for out-of-state signers or those requiring immediate digital document execution. Required Identification: All signers must possess a front-and-back camera, a stable internet connection, a valid US Social Security Number (SSN) to clear automated identity-verification questions, and a valid, unexpired physical government photo ID.
